  • Do the Smoothie Masks need to be refrigerated?

    No, they do not need to be refrigerated. :) We understand how inconvenient that would be if they need to be. So we formulated them like how you would use your regular skincare.

    However, you can certainly chill them in the fridge for extra cooling and refreshing masking experience.

  • What is your Smoothie Mask's shelf life?

    Our Exfoliating Masks have gone through an extensive formulation process to create a safe and strong preservative system for all the amazing natural ingredients. It has a shelf life of 12 months upon opening the product. :)

  • Is your packaging recyclable?

    We’re deeply proud of our love for the environment, so all Fytt packaging is fully recyclable.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied. You may return or exchange products within 90 days of purchase by contacting us. We will provide you a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was a result of our error or the product was damaged or defective.
