You don’t ‘really’ need to see anyone; showering and getting out of our pj is no longer that part of that morning hustle. It almost feels like – what is the point, right? 🤪

Here are 7 tips that we put together to help refresh your skin and give it a re-boot. You can easily do this with what you have at home! Try to stick to plant-based ingredients and products.

1️⃣🙌🏻Double-Cleanse (5 Days) – “Thoroughly” clean your face. Use an oil-based cleanser first then your regular cleanser. The oil will ensure that you get all of the surface dirt. If you don’t have an oil-based cleanser. You can use olive oil or avocado oil. They are effective and so nutritious. The only thing is they may take extra time to wash off.

2️⃣🌞Exfoliate (2/5 Days) – This step is so important. It will ensure that you buff away the dead skin cells that has been accumulating and bring back your baby-soft skin.

3️⃣🌟Mask (2/5 Days) – Masks gives you that extra boost treatment. You can pick a clay-based mask to further draw out excess impurities or a hydrating mask to give you that extra moisturization.

4️⃣💦Steam Your Face (2/5 Days) – This step opens up your pores even more to release toxins, dirt and debris. Bring a pot of water to boil. Hover your face above the bowl and drape a towel over your head to concentrate the steam to your facial pores for about ten minutes.

5️⃣☁️Light Moisturizer / Serum (5 Days) – A light moisturizer or serum will seal in all of your work in the previous steps without clogging your pores. Let your skin breath!

6️⃣💧Water (5 Days) – 8 cups a day. This is a no brainer and a MUST DO. You will feel the wonder of water!

7️⃣🥬Plant-Based Diet – of course, glowing, radiant skin also comes from within. Try to stick to your plant-based diet.
